Goldene Linde in Nuremberg

The golden lime tree was a place where I felt like a guest. In addition to top taste, I was also very satisfied with the friendly service and the atmosphere. I can only recommend.

I've been here a couple of times. The staff is friendly and the food and prices are okay, but there are certain weaknesses in both the food and the staff that cannot be denied: The vegetables, for example, usually don't taste good here, but the meat is usually quite good. The waiter could not answer questions about his drinks. Overall, however, a cozy restaurant in a beautiful location.

Food is very good. Portions neat and price / performance ok. Nice owner and cook. The decor could be a bit more modern. But sont fits everything, we will gladly come back

Wanted to reserve in advance by phone, as it was said we should just come by. Said and done. Most of the tables were reserved. The owner then offered us a table next to smokers. But I did not want to sit down at this table with my pregnant wife. The owner did not care and he just shrugged. That's it for us and we went straight back. The beer garden is also anything but romantic. Thanks, but we do not need more. There are plenty of ways to eat in Nuremberg.

Cozy beer garden with nice employees. However, outside only beer benches without backrest, without table cloth and without decoration are available.

Food was decent quality, staff was acceptable. I liked that the menu is well balanced but not over laden with unnecessary extra combinations.

The hotel well located. We asked reception and cleaning staff to fix a light that blinked all night, and until we told a third person they did not bother to fix it. Parking located in another hotel where every time you want to go to the car you have to go and tell them to open the door, and the worst thing is that you have to go twice because the door is closed and you can not take it out.

Truly the worst meal and service i have had in the last 5 years! 1. Woman who served me stunk of cigrettes 2. Other guy serving people stunk like a pig! 3. Ordered mixed cold starters... and they could not even get the zatziki to taste ok. Left 75% of dish. 4. Main meal was chicken with baked cheese and metaxa sauce. Only problem was that the metaxa sauce tasted like gravy... jesus how hard is it to make simple wellknown meals that taste ok!? If i could give 0 stars i would. A -10 experience!

great food, great individual service and the host is a real brand! Especially in summer the beer garden is an additional magnet. my favorite Greek in the area!

We were there on the 5th week spontaneously there. The restaurant was relatively empty, so we were served quickly and nice. At the beginning there was the typical ouzo. The orders came quickly. The side salad was average and not very Greek, the main course was good. Good taste and large portions. My gyros was a bit dry, but can not be avoided with a little clientele, if it spins longer on the spit. Overall the impression was ok but nothing where I say there you have to go back. You do not go wrong, but there are better Greeks. Therefore from me 3-4 stars. As the beautiful beer garden in the summer is I can not judge.

Very good food, quick preparation, friendly service. The portions are good average. The ambience in the restaurant is attractive and modern with the typical Greek flair (columns, statues etc.). The price / performance ratio is still ok for Nuremberg standards. Overall recommendable.

Delicious food and friendly service. Lamb, squid, shrimp and all dishes with metaxa sauce are recommended. Also take a look at the daily menu, because there are often original Greek specialties away from the Athens plate.

Good, solid cuisine, large portions. Nice host and waitresses. The usual selection of dishes in the Greek. The portions are well sized and also suitable for the big hunger. The prices have really stayed on the floor. Nice, cute beer garden.

We were served nicely and politely by the female waitress. The card has a lot to offer. Unfortunately my portion was rather too little. In my opinion, the male waitress was rather beside himself. The three of us at the table suspected that every time he spends an ouzo on guests, he spends one. In addition, he often ran around and called something around. It looked more like a Hamburg fish market than a Greek restaurant (I have nothing against cheerfulness or being funny). After the meal we also waited a long time until he came to our table to order the second drinks. He was constantly talking to several people at another table. Then when we wanted the invoice, he came up to us and we had to explain everything we had to him instead of him coming to us with the printed invoice. Due to the fact that it was not so coherent overall and the amount rather little, the 22 € (incl. Approx. 1.50 - 1.80 € tip) for the meal + 2 wheat are a bit too expensive for me.

Good food! I particularly recommend the grilled calamari. Will come back for trying some other yummy dishes! In the summer time, I love their garden
